Bear Creek

In 2001, a group of Oil & Gas investors decided that they wanted to create a service company that would develop sustainable business relationships with E & P companies by providing excellent service, fair pricing, and a genuine concern for the outcomes of their client's projects.  With that concept, Bear Creek Environmental Systems was born, and a small fleet of vacuum trucks and a saltwater disposal facility was opened in Bryceland, Louisiana.  Since then, Bear Creek has offered vacuum trucks, frac tanks, and commercial fluid disposal in North Louisiana, and in 2007, added a second commercial disposal facility in Panola County, Texas.  Presently, Bear Creek's Fluid Management division continues to expand and improve our fleet, our disposal facilities, and our scope of fluid management services.

In 2005, Bear Creek began offering environmental consulting services, primarily focused on working with Oil & Gas clients to handle their environmental compliance needs.  Over the past four years, Bear Creek's scope of environmental consulting services has expanded to also include real estate developers, under ground storage tanks, and financial institutions. Presently, Bear Creek's Environmental Consulting division is promoting remediation and reclamation technology transfer into the oilfield to expand our client's options for managing fluid releases and waste water.

In 2006, Bear Creek Engineering was added to the Bear Creek family through a merger with McGinnis Industries, which had provided consulting petroleum engineering and wellsite supervision since 1990. Presently, Bear Creek's Engineering division continues to diversify our expertise and to effectively provide our clients with comprehensive, front-of-the-wave engineering services that put our clients' needs first.

In 2008, Bear Creek Environmental Systems, LLC was renamed Bear Creek Services, LLC to reflect the fact that Bear Creek currently offers one of the most diverse scope of Oil & Gas support services available under one roof.  Due to the Bear Creek's unique capability to offer such a broad range of services, more and more of our clients are gaining the benefits and inner-company synergy of utilizing multiple layers of Bear Creek Services to meet their needs.
