Bob McGinnis, P.E., SPEC, Executive Vice President of Engineering - Bob has over 30 years of upstream oil and gas experience working for majors and independents as a staff engineer, manager, and consultant. He has been in the consulting business for 20 years, merging his petroleum engineering and wellsite supervision firm McGinnis Industries Inc with Bear Creek in 2006. Bob graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1978.
Jim Strain, P.E., Engineering/Stimulation Manager - Jim came to Bear Creek in 2007 after 28 years with Halliburton in technical, managerial, and sales positions. He brought vast engineering and operational experience in hydraulic fracturing and cementing to the Bear Creek Team. Jim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1979.
Tom Redd, Senior Petroleum Engineer - Tom graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1977. He has consulted for many years after staff and management assignments with Murphy Oil, Arkla Gas, and Seagull Operating. Tom has extensive operational experience through the United States and Canada.
Fran Prohaska, Senior Petroleum Engineer - Fran spent most of her 25+ year career as a staff engineer with Pennzoil and Hunt Petroleum. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1982.
